The inspector can also recommend changes the consumers could implement to improve the property to get additional discounts on their insurance policy. The discounts for opening protection can be significant.   WDO inspection - lets consumers know if there is any damage, activity and/or evidence related to wood-destroying organisms.  Christine also provides tips on how to spot the difference between evidence of dry wood termites vs subterranean termites.
